• Update to latest iTunes

The Jailbreak

•        Open up Safari
•       Input the following URL: http://jailbreakme.com

       1) Slide to jailbreak

       2) Sit back and wait for the jailbreak data to download

       3) Once completed wait for the iPad to jailbreak

r     4) When this popup appears you have successfully jailbroken your iPad.

    

      6) To install Installous follow this tutorial
    

Issues And Fixes

Stuck at the purple screen:

Go to: Settings > Safari and clear Browser History, Cookies and Cache.

Then Reboot your iDevice.

Hanging on slide to unlock:

Put it in airplane mode then turn it off.

Misc.

Reset Network Settings: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
