How to Change iPhone or iPod Touch Theme

To even think of changing your iPhone or iPod Touch theme you will need a jailbroken iPhone. If you havn't already jailbroken your device click here to do so. I recommend you jailbreak using the 3.1.2 firmware.

Follow This Simple Step-By-Step Guide:

Step 1: Open
Cydia

Step 2: After Cydia loads (It usually takes a while), search for "WinterBoard". You will need to go down to the "W's" and download "WinterBoard from Cydia/Telesphoreo (System)". After you install I recommend you restart your iPhone or iPod Touch

Step 3: Open Cydia (Wait for it to load again...), open up the sections menu on the bottom of the page.

Step 4: Scroll down and go to "Complete Themes", you can also go to just "Lockscreen" themes depending on what your looking for.

Step 5: Find a theme you want (There are a lot), once you find something that interests you open it up. To preview a theme you can open the tab, go to "More info" or "Screenshots".

Step 6: After you find a theme you want install it and then close Cydia. Your theme will not yet be on yet. To activate it open WinterBoard, find your theme, select it and close WinterBoard. Your springboard will re-spring and poof! You have a theme different then the boring generic one that comes with the iPhone or iPod Touch.
